I feel like they went above and beyond what the company promised they would do. In all my years as a home owner, and living here now 3.5 years, I've never had my dryer vent cleaned. Either didn't understand the hazard or didn't think it was necessary. While the duct was not overly dirty, it had accumulated dust throughout and they cleaned out what was there. They did everything I could have hoped for, and probably a little more. Pulled the washer and dryer forward, went behind and disconnected the corrugated duct, brushed out the exhaust vent going up to the roof, HEPA vacked the dust that came out in the room, cleaned the dust that had accumulated behind the washer and dryer on the floor, secured a new corrugated duct onto the rear of the dryer, put the washer and dryer back exactly as they were (and even better), and then proceeded to the roof to vacuum the exhaust vent from that direction. Our job presented some challenges as our painter had painted the grills on making them very difficult to remove without damage. Eric and his crew were very patient with the removal of the grates and it definitely added to the amount of time they were at the house, but they were never frustrated. We greatly appreciate all the hard work they put in to the cleaning! My children commented this morning how the house just feels better and how they felt like when they took a deep breath, that they could even breath better. Can’t believe we didn’t do this sooner! AZ Air Duct came out and cleaned the blower wheel, evaporator coils, and other internal components of the air handler to remove all of the stuck on "tar" and the results were incredible! Shawn and Danny were polite, knowledgeable, mindful contractors. They asked if I had any concerns or questions, took their time and care, in doing the job. They cleaned the vent covers and I noticed that they cleaned the wall around the vent when they reinstalled them. They also informed me that the dryer hose wasn't connected and that it needed a metal clamp. I also had two other contractors in the house at the same time and they worked very well sharing the space. I would request Shawn and Danny again if I require this service again. The company followed up with a phone call the next day to inquire about my satisfaction with the job and said there was a 6 month warranty on the job. We called several companies all with the same game; 45.00 service call to give an estimate that gets applied to the bill or variations of the same. I called A-Z Duct asked for an estimate gave them the number of vents and got an estimate over the phone. No games. They text a reminder the day before. Jack Hudock1495 days agoThe crew showed up within minutes of the agreed upon time. They were polite, thorough, happy, quick, and they chummed my dog while they worked. I'm happy, the dog's happy, and the vents are quiet and clean. This company is the best, and the crew they sent is also the best. We had them clean our duct work about 5 years ago. alfred magdaleno1614 days agoA-Z Air Duct, and two others were recommended by Angi.com. I reviewed all 3 on Yelp, both A-Z, and one other had 4 1/2 star ratings , and the 3rd never did respond. Susan was the first I called. She was very pleasant, informative, and professional to deal with. The 2nd company did not get back to me until after I made the decision to go with A-Z. Eric and his helper both arrived early, and while the helper was getting my house ready, Eric and I chatted. They did a very through job, cleaned up after the job was completed, and no up-sell or hidden charges. I'd like to mention that although I've only been in my house for 2 years, and house was built in 1978, I know previous owner did not keep up on the HVAC portion. Air quality was pathetic, and cleaning air duct system is just a start, but confident this will certainly help. I asked for extra business cards to pass out, and do not have a problem recommending this company to anyone who needs this type of maintenance.Posted on Google

Barbara Cheatham1685 days agoI used A-Z Air Ducts once before a few years ago and was very pleased with the workmen who came and the job they did so I used them again this time. 2 men came right on time, brought their equipment in, spread out plastic tarps, and got right to work. When they were finished they carefully folded up the tarps, one of them took the equipment to their truck, and the other man went over what they had done and told me that I would receive an online receipt (which I did a little bit later). Delaney Weise2167 days agoWe have been living in our home for nearly 3 years and I realized we had never checked the dryer vents during that time. I called several different duct cleaning companies and this was the only one who didn't require a visit out prior to giving me a quote. One flat rate and that was that. Frank was very responsive, I heard within one day after putting my information through their website. We were able to schedule my cleaning for the following week with no issues. Both gentlemen who did the service knocked on my door right at 9 am, and they were done by 930. They left our laundry room how they found it and did a great job at following social distancing and safety precautions while in my home. They were professional, courteous and clean (they cleaned up every ounce of dust, etc . . . after they finished their work). They utilized a scope-like camera to take a look at our ducts and showed me the video in progress, so that I felt like I saw and understood everything myself. Gary C3029 days agoA-Z Air Duct are true professionals. Frank provided a duct cleaning quote and details on what they'll do. He was clear and concise without up-selling of other services. The price was fair and agreed upon upfront. On the scheduled day, the staff arrived on time and were courteous. They validated the number of outlets and confirmed the price before they started. They cleaned my ducts all the way through with a huge vacuum and not just within arms reach of an outlet. A day after, I already noticed a huge improvement in air quality as my furniture don't accumulate a layer of dust as quickly. Jason3437 days agoI can't speak to how well the job was done, since I never really saw the air ducts or ran the air before the air duct cleaning was done. What I can speak to is the service. My guy was Joe, and he was punctual, friendly, and helpful. I ran the air a couple days after he came and it was smooth and there was not any dust or debris that I know of coming through. They were a lot cheaper than Sears, who I was originally going to go with, and I always spoke on the phone with a human instead of some automated machine.Posted on Google

Pro's- Account setup and request for service was EASY, the had AVAILABILITY for the time slot I required. Technicians, (Dainen & Joe) sent email as the dispatch had stated when they were en route to my address. Dainen & Joe showed up ON TIME, they were POSITIVE, PERSONABLE, FRIENDLY and I felt comfortable with them in my home and around my family. They WORKED HARD and my DUCTS ARE CLEAN. They look new. Con's- I would have said price but I had 11 Vents, and 2 returns and these guys were hear for 3 hours and it was honestly worth every penny. Woohoo, as good as it gets. When two workers came to do the work, Kevin was very thorough and explained to my wife exactly what was going to happen. While I was at work, she felt comfortable as the Kevin and their crew. This was great, as she had prior experience with another duct cleaning company that wasn't positive. We also did the Dryer clean out option - as it was great (and a little scary) how much lint they removed. Brian and Kevin were polite, hard working and efficient and careful to drape areas under the ducts as well as clean up any loose debris that fell on the floor. Well last weekend I went to the Home and Garden Show and saw their booth so I started talking to Gabe. I gave him my info and the very next day made an appointment to have the work done, along with my dryer vent. Bryan and Kevin showed up right on time and got right to work. They were very professional and nice and even showed me pictures of my vents. What was the biggest shock was my dryer vent. You wouldn't believe what came out of it. They put drop cloths down as to not make a mess and even finished earlier than normal. Since I own a Housecleaning business I have to tell you I was embarrassed that I didn't have it done sooner. G Greene4736 days agoI'd like to thank AZ Air Duct for the work they did at my home. I had my air ducts, dryer vent and bathroom fans cleaned. I couldn't believe the mess! I had no idea what was in my vents. The technicians were friendly & showed me everything they were doing and the price was right. I highly recommend this service and company to everyone!
